  4. The Operator is the controller of your personal data with regard to data provided voluntarily on the website, especially through the contact form.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • handling inquiries sent through the contact form, by phone, or by e-mail,
    • preparing and presenting a commercial offer,
    • contact regarding services provided by the Operator,
    • delivery of ordered services, especially document archiving, storage, and destruction services as well as media destruction,
    • conducting correspondence and handling ongoing client relations,
    • ensuring the security and proper operation of the website.
  6. The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. through data voluntarily entered into forms and submitted to the Operator,
    2. through the use of cookies stored on end-user devices according to the user’s selected settings,
    3. through technical records, including server logs, necessary for proper operation and security of the website.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Places where personal data is entered are protected during transmission by means of an SSL certificate. This means the data sent through the website is encrypted between the user’s device and the server.

    • the Controller’s legitimate interest, including responding to inquiries, pursuing claims, defending against claims, ensuring website security, and maintaining communication with clients.

  5. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.
  6. You have the right to object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, including possible profiling, for reasons related to your particular situation.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to handle an inquiry or provide a service.
  9. The Controller does not make decisions concerning you based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
  10. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area only when this results from the use of tools provided by technology suppliers, especially analytics or marketing tools, and only with the safeguards required by data protection law.

5. Information in forms

  1. The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, where such data is entered.
  2. The website may record connection parameters, especially the time of the request and the IP address.
