Secure Backup and Emergency Situations
As part of the Secure Backup service, we provide comprehensive support in emergency situations, guaranteeing quick access to stored data media and their absolute security.
Guarantees and Procedures
Emergency access
We undertake to deliver the media to the Ordering Party within 16 hours of notification on non-working days.
Armored safe
All data media rest in an armored safe. Only a few authorized persons have access (a list is created).
Spare key
The Client holds a sealed emergency key. Our keys are replaceable and protected in a separate secure safe.
Regular collection
We optionally collect media regularly from the Client's headquarters. Transport takes place in closed metal briefcases.
Full inventory
We keep a strict register of all key withdrawals and a special list facilitating the handling of data copies.
